Delivery terms
We will process your order within 1-3 business days from the time it is placed.
All our products are shipped within Sweden with 6-12 days of shipping. The product is shipped directly to you from our foreign warehouse, without intermediaries. This way we can keep costs down.
If delays in delivery occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as during an ongoing global pandemic, we are not responsible for any problems caused by the delivery time.
The products may be shipped directly from our production in China during high pressure as our local warehousing in Sweden is not always sufficient during high load.
By making a purchase from us, you agree to all of the terms and conditions specified on this website. We therefore advise you to contact us in advance if you have any questions regarding your purchase before you have a purchase agreement. In the event of any complaints or other questions, you should always contact us via email.
*Our delivery times are only estimated and not guaranteed times and may therefore vary depending on where you live in Sweden and any holidays that may affect both handling and delivery time.
Where is my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days*, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery information.
If you are still unsure where your package is, please email us and our support team can assist you further with this.
*During high volumes, the processing time can vary up to 7 days, the time stated above is only an estimate of what our packages usually take to process. The times above are not guaranteed shipping times.
My package cannot be tracked, what can I do?
After receiving the shipping confirmation email for your shipment, it may take up to 1-3 business days for the tracking code to be active. If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
